Justice Akil Abdulhamid Kureshi was sworn in as the new Chief Justice of the High Court of Tripura.
Governor Ramesh Bais administered the oath of office at old Raj Bhavan in Agartala. Justice Kureshi was appointed as the Chief Justice on November 8. He was a former Judge of the Gujarat and Bombay High Court.
